My story

I started this as a place to put all the things I'm constantly texting people. What I've bought, what I'd recommend, what I'd skip, and what I've had to figure out the hard way.

Part running list, part filter. Less inspiration, more editing. With a hint of observational humor once in a while.

You'll find actual recommendations, things I'm currently using, and opinions no one asked for. Some of it is useful. Most of it will save you time.

I live just outside Boston after years in Florida, which means I now have strong opinions about coats, lighting, and anything labeled "coastal" that isn't actually coastal.

By day I work in real estate, which mostly means paying attention to details, presentation, and what makes people say yes. That same lens shows up here.

This isn't a perfectly curated space. It's a well-edited one.
