What I’m wearing on Nantucket for the 4th of July
4th of July on Nantucket is peak Americana. Red, white and blue as far as the eye can see. Some influencers will have you thinking that you should dress up and there are wedge espadrilles on every well-pedicured foot across the island, but as someone who has been to 20+ 4th of July’s on Nantucket, I firmly disagree. The look is less polished, it does not try too hard, it’s comfortable and ready for the beach, the brewery or someone’s backyard. Dinner might get more dressy but at the core, be comfortable. But it is the 4th, so red, white and blue are my first choice. I love a theme party.
